weak pressure broken air conditioning
the pools were a decent size.
our room's air conditioning was a problem. it was either freezing or off, with no in-between. this made it hard to get comfortable at night. plus, the water pressure was not strong, made showering difficult.

a wonderful stay
sea view free upgrade friendly staff wide selection
this was my most recent visit, and it was as wonderful as i remembered. the staff are very friendly and approachable. i was given a free upgrade to a room with a sea view which was a lovely surprise. i really enjoyed the wide selection available at breakfast with both western and local dishes.
i did notice the mini-bar in my room had all chargeable items, a bit unexpected.

my king room balcony was spacious with comfortable beds. it was very clean, with air conditioning (very important!). i especially liked the little balcony for enjoying the evening air.

the hotel has very good proximity to the beach. nearby are many cafes and shops, including a 7/11 right outside the hotel entrance. it is easy to find restaurants nearby.

breakfast offered many choices of food. the hotel restaurant becomes a nice dinner spot at night with good prices. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
